Ingredients:
Coriander, Cumin, Turmeric, Dry Mango Powder, Red Chili, Black Pepper, Cloves, Cinnamon, Cardamom, Bay Leaf, Dry Ginger, Garlic Powder, Onion Powder & other selected spices

Steps of Cooking:

  1. Soak rajma overnight and pressure cook until soft.

  2. Heat oil in a pan, sauté onions until golden brown.

  3. Add ginger-garlic paste, tomatoes, and cook until soft.

  4. Mix in NDH Rajma Masala and sauté for a rich base.

  5. Add boiled rajma with stock, simmer until flavors blend well.

  6. Garnish with coriander and serve hot with steamed rice.
