Ingredients:
Coriander, Cumin, Dry Mango Powder, Black Salt, Red Chili, Black Pepper, Cloves, Cinnamon, Cardamom, Bay Leaf, Dry Ginger, Garlic Powder, Onion Powder & other selected spices

Steps of Cooking:

  1. Soak chickpeas overnight and pressure cook until tender.

  2. Heat oil in a pan, sauté onions until golden brown.

  3. Add ginger-garlic paste, tomatoes, and cook until soft.

  4. Mix in NDH Chana Masala and sauté well.

  5. Add boiled chickpeas with stock, simmer until flavors blend.

  6. Garnish with fresh coriander and serve hot with puri, bhatura, or rice.
