NDH Dal Makhani Masala is a rich blend of aromatic spices specifically crafted to enhance the taste of traditional Dal Makhani. It adds depth, aroma, and a creamy, flavorful touch to black lentils and kidney beans, creating a restaurant-style experience at home.

Ingredients:

  • Coriander

  • Cumin

  • Black Pepper

  • Red Chili

  • Garam Masala

  • Cloves

  • Cardamom

  • Cinnamon

  • Bay Leaves

Steps of Cooking / Usage Suggestions:

  1. Soak 1 cup of whole black lentils (urad dal) and ¼ cup kidney beans (rajma) overnight.

  2. Boil the lentils and beans until soft.

  3. Heat oil or butter in a pan; sauté onions, ginger, and garlic.

  4. Add NDH Dal Makhani Masala and sauté for 1–2 minutes.

  5. Add boiled lentils and beans along with water or stock; simmer for 15–20 minutes.

  6. Stir in cream or butter for richness.

  7. Garnish with fresh coriander and serve hot with rice or naan.
