Ingredients:

How to Use / Preparation:

  1. Marinate mutton with yogurt, salt, and NDH Mutton Biryani Masala (Non-Veg) for 1–2 hours.

  2. Heat oil or ghee, sauté onions until golden brown.

  3. Add marinated mutton and cook until tender.

  4. Boil soaked rice with whole spices until half cooked.

  5. Layer rice and cooked mutton in a pot, sprinkling NDH Mutton Biryani Masala between layers.

  6. Cover tightly and cook on low flame (dum) for 20–25 minutes.

  7. Serve hot with raita or salad for a complete royal meal.
