Cumin, Coriander, Dry Mango, Chilli-Pepper, Cinnamon, Nutmeg, Cloves, Asafetida, Black Pepper, Black Salt and Common salt
STEPS OF COOKING
1.Boil potatoes, cauliflower, green peas and garlic cloves in water until tender. Then coarsely mash and keep aside.
2.On low heat melt butter and add onions. Fry until transparent.
3.Add tomatoes and capsicum. Fry till the tomatoes are tender and done.
4.Then add NDH Pav Bhaji/Burger Masala and fry for a few minutes or until butter / ghee begins to separate from the vegetables.
